One of my favorite dinners to make is grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and sweet potato fries. It’s a delicious and filling meal that doesn’t leave me feeling overly full or lethargic. I also make sure to incorporate strength training into my fitness routine, as building muscle helps boost my metabolism and burn more calories at rest.
